Do you have a passion for accurate payroll management and like working in a fast-paced company in an innovative industry? You'll be responsible for all aspects of the payroll cycle including processing hourly and salaried pay cycles, benefit account reconciliations, paid time off policy management and payroll system management. 

ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • This position will process payroll accurately timely for both hourly and salaried pay cycles
  • Calculate and administer sales commissions
  • Reconcile actual employee benefit deductions to benefit provider invoices to timely identify discrepancies and work directly with employees to rectify variances
  • Manage paid time off policies within the payroll system
  • Proactively respond to employee inquiries
  • Identify and recommend improvements to current procedures
  • Calculate accrued payroll, paid time off and other payroll related balances for monthly financial close procedures.

NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with international and multi-state payroll and labor laws
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis in Excel
  • Ability to write ad hoc reports in payroll processing system
  • Ability to identify weaknesses within current processes and system limitations and implement improvements and modifications for improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communicator

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 to 7 years of payroll processing experience
  • 2 4 years payroll management experience
  • Experience with SAP Business One and Ceridian Dayforce a plus
