This entry level position works as an integral part of our Sales Support team, assisting in maximizing the revenue potential from all business channels.

ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Primary function includes but is not limited to customer service including telephone and email, sales order entry for our German and Austrian dealers, RMA order entry, issue investigation/resolution, AR functions including payment processing (cc, cheque, BACS etc) and reconciliation, account reconciliation, payment application, sending statements and relaying information on account balances.
  • Other duties include daily/weekly filing and lead processing.
  • Special projects as assigned by manager.

NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Fluent German
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics industry.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School education or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills.
  • Standard computer skills required with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work independently, and function within a team environment.
  • Ability to understand how to use multiple internet based systems/platforms.
  • Outgoing personality. Must interact with team members and contribute to conversations.
  • Must be a "people person".
  • Must be detailed oriented, and possess excellent follow up skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, understand what needs to be done, and be proactive about doing it.
