Break ground with the Control4 Sales team in this BRAND NEW Sales Operation Analyst role.  We'll be looking to this creative, out-of-the-box thinker to evaluate global data on sales, programs, market trends, and individual performance to identify what is working, what isn't working and where we can improve.  If you JUST run reports, this isn't the position for you.  We are looking for someone who can run reports AND analyze data, present the results and make recommendations that will strategically drive sales and help Control4 maintain our position as a global market leading smart home automation company.

As a Sales Operation Analyst you will be a critical cog in the sales organization to drive the direction and decision making.  You'll work directly with Sales Directors and Senior VP's to develop strategy that will impact our Regional Sales Directors, Area Sales Managers, Inside Sales Managers, and Lead Generation Specialists daily work activities.  Join us and you can drive the smart home automation industry from a market leading organization.

ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Understand and use a hypothesis driven approach to strategy development.
  • Provide clear, effective and organized written communications.
  • Defend strategic assumptions and analysis through critical reviews and leadership debates.
  • Build business cases for new concepts and business ideas.
  • Develop analysis that is imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with the company strategic objectives
  • Generate insights from quantitative and qualitative data to explain implications on business strategy
  • Understand the bigger strategic picture, but also have the ability to deep-dive into the key strategic and tactical issues
  • Work independently to generate key strategic analysis, possess an aptitude for critical thinking and also have the ability to present the insights from this analysis to senior leaders within the business.
  • Work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and with a globally based team

Needed Skills and Experience:

Tableau, Salesforce.com, knowledge of Database administration, Excel. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Work or education experience with IT and business analytics
