You'll be responsible for delivering high value technology products to our engineering team, scanning and processing POs, sourcing company supplies and equipment, detailed data entry, running open order reports, expediting past due orders, checking inventory, and much more.

 

ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Running open order reports, Expediting past due orders, pulling material kits for new product builds, inventory checking, Data entry for the Procurement Team.

 

NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma/GED

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Typing skills 50 WPM

Attention to detail (accuracy is CRITICAL for this role)

Strong Organization Skills

Ability to Prioritize Tasks

Data Entry

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
